Fits Harley axle found on the '21 Low Rider(and should fit all '18-'24 Softails) if that Harley has a short aftermarket exhaust installed that permits easy access to the rear axle. Check to be sure your axle is fully accessible without the exhaust blocking it in any way, or these pins will not work. You can remove the slip-ons if necessary for clearance, but remember that will need done before each trip if you go that route.
