Scrambler 800 / Monster 797 Rear StandThis stand is awesome!!! A great fit for the Gen2 Ducati Scrambler, it lifts it with ease and is so stable.
I have had many stands over the years and this beats them all hands down.
Well worth getting over anything available here in the UK.
SS Rear, Motorcycle StandAnother great Pit Bull product. I used the import stands for years and they never felt stable to me. A friend turned me on to Pit Bull when I needed a front stand. I bought the front hybrid stand and was so impressed by the quality, ease of use, stability and fast shipping that I ordered the rear stand a week later. I am just as impressed with this stand and with Pit Bull as a company!! The stands are well worth the extra few bucks!!! Anyone need a free Chinese stand cluttering my garage?? Lol! Thanks Pit Bull!!
Hybrid Forklift - Motorcycle Front StandI have used cheap, Chinese stands for years. Finally, a friend turned me on to Pit Bull stands. I bought a front hybrid stand for my ZX4RR. Wow! What a difference! Night and day!!! The quality of the Pit Bull is sooooo much better that they do not even compare! One piece design is much sturdier than the bolt-together Chinese crap! MUCH more peace of mind lifting the front of my bike! Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks now for an awesome tool that will last forever !!
Trailer Restraint - K, R, HP2, & R9T (see notes) ('05-'22)I'm not normally one to write reviews, but my recent trip using these restraints made me a believer. I would have loved to ride it all, but taking the family and dogs along on vacation left us trailering the bikes to ride when we could. It was well worth it. Hauling an R1250 GS Adventure and an F750GS over 5500 miles around the country, over some of the worst paved roads I've ever driven (I'm looking at you I-20 through Louisiana), and even some crazy unpaved mountain roads in Colorado, it had me sweating a few times. I'd pull over every now and then to check the bikes and they were rock solid every time. I can install them on both bikes and load the trailer in just a few minutes and never have to think twice about strap tension, suspension, flat tires, or anything else. What took me so long to get these??? I will be ordering pins for all my bikes!
Jack Stands (Foot Peg Stands)These stands are great for their intended purpose. To address Jenna H's comment, they're JACK STANDS. Just like jack stands for a car, you have to jack up the car and then place the jack stands underneath the car once you jack it up to the desired height and lower the vehicle down onto the stands. My first experience with these was at the track. I had to drop my triples. I borrowed these from a fellow racer and they worked marvelously under my frame sliders to support the front end. At home, I have a chain suspended from the rafters in the garage and run a ratchet strap through the frame. And while that works, these stands are so much better than doing that. The front end sways and moves with the straps, but is firmly planted with the stands. They saved my day at the track. They're very portable and easy to use. I will be purchasing a set.
Pin #34, FrontDear Pit Bull,
First I want to say thank-you. You sent me extra to try and test, made in America Service.
Now the test: BMW 2023 M1000R. Pin #40 very loose
Pin #26...Absolutely perfect!!
Lowered the stand to its lowest setting, and it clears everything!!
Again, service as it should be but so very rare today.
Sincerely,
Robert Pond
PS Can I give 10 Stars??
Spooled Rear, Motorcycle StandI have a 2022 Versys 650 LT and this stand is a PITA to use because of the rear tail light assembly getting in the way. It never occurred to me it would be a problem. I was coming from a cheap aluminum stand that didn't have that problem. I should have bought the "Spooled Forward Handle Rear, Motorcycle Stand" instead. I put this first in case someone else might have this issue. Other than that, the stand is fantastic. I got the axle holder and shop hanger. Both were good buys. It's solid, inspires a lot of confidence, and the removable handles make it less likely to trip on them. Might sell this one and buy the one I should have bought.
Hybrid One Armed Rear, CB1000R('08-'17, '21-'22), Hawk, & VFR800I bought this stand to get my 2014 VFR 800 up so I could remove the rear tire. My bike did NOT have a center stand and when the valve stem failed, I had no choice but to get the tire removed and to the shop for a 20$ fix. The quality of the jack is excellent. The assembly is quick. It worked exactly and as effortlessly as depicted.
